1. Authenticity Guarantee

  • Certification: Every watch sold by Executive Watch Collection is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Our expert horologists meticulously inspect each timepiece to verify its authenticity and condition before it is offered for sale.

  • Documentation: Whenever available, watches come with original boxes, papers, and certificates. If these are not available, we provide our own Certificate of Authenticity.

1.2. Lifetime Authenticity Promise

  • Assurance: We stand behind the authenticity of our watches for the lifetime of the product. Should any watch purchased from us be proven counterfeit, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

2. Warranty Coverage

2.1. Duration of Warranty

  • Standard Warranty: All watches come with a complimentary 12-month mechanical warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Extended Warranty: Customers have the option to purchase an extended warranty for an additional fee. Please inquire at the time of purchase for details.

2.2. Scope of Warranty

Our warranty covers the following:

  • Mechanical Movement: Defects in the mechanical operation of the watch movement under normal use. The warranty does not cover water damage unless the watch is sold as waterproof.


3. Warranty Terms and Conditions

3.1. Validity

  • Original Purchaser: The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid sales receipt or proof of purchase from Executive Watch Collection is required for all warranty claims.

3.2. Covered Components

  • Movement: Mechanical parts of the movement (gears, springs, escapement)


4. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Including scratches, discoloration, or deterioration of materials due to regular use.

  • Water Damage: Unless the watch is rated for water resistance and damage occurs under conditions within the specified limits.

  • Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from accidents, drops, impacts, or mishandling.

  • Misuse or Neglect: Including improper storage, exposure to extreme conditions, or failure to follow care instructions.

  • Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any repairs or alterations performed by third parties not authorized by Executive Watch Collection.

  • Loss or Theft: The warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.


5. Claim Process
